How does the application works


Occasion platform allows the user to choose from any of the available stores that offer our services, and allows a list of products available at these stores, their description, prices, and user evaluation, in addition to a variety of options of payment methods according to the user's preference, and enables the user to track the order, and communicate with the delivery representative.

- The user can order from one of the stores offered and available to him by adding the products user wants from the list displayed in the store to the shopping cart, and the user can add (special request) to the product by writing a note before adding the product to the basket.


- When the user makes a mistake related to the data required to complete the order without the platform allowing him to modify it, he can communicate with the customer service in Occasion


-If the order is scheduled at the earliest date, user must inform us of the error to correct it, if possible, in case that the store has not started processing the order for the user during the period.


If the order is scheduled, user must inform us of the error to correct it at least 24 hours before the delivery date of the order provided that the store has not started processing the user's order during the period.


- User has the right to contained in the clause shall be extinguished upon the expiration of the specified period or if he has benefited from the received product or service, or if he has obtained any benefit from them.


- To contact the customer service in (Occasion) to inform us of the location of the error as soon as possible to correct it and provided in the case that the store has not started processing the user's order.


- The unintentional error in the statement or offer made or apparent to the user can be corrected, provided that the user is contacted in the regard and informed of the error as soon as we become aware of it and before the start of processing the order or before receiving the order or before handing it over to the user, and the user in the case chooses between continuing to execute the request after correction or canceling it and compensating him for the consequences of the error without the rest.


- All data and details displayed in the stores and their lists are the responsibility of the store that provided (Occasion) do not guarantee their authenticity, and it is the responsibility of the user to verify the details from the store directly.


Order cancellation and stumbling

- The user is allowed to cancel the application provided that the store has not started processing the order, without any financial fees required.

- In case the user wishes to cancel the order after the store has started processing the order, he is obliged to pay all the financial costs that resulted from the order.

- In the event that the user submits a scheduled request using the feature (scheduled appointment), user may contact the customer service through the feature (Contact Us) to cancel the order before starting to prepare it, otherwise the provisions of the above clause will apply to cancellation.

-Occasion does not provide exchange or return service for any of the products ordered or received by the user - whatever the nature of the product, and the return policies of the stores, which are beyond our authority, apply to him, and user must communicate with the store that owns the product directly. 



compensation

A user who has damaged or missing a product from the order or who has received a product different from the product user ordered shall be compensated by one of the two means: 

-Attempting to deliver the same product that the user ordered or a similar product according to the agreement, taking into account the price difference. 

- Compensation to the user for the missing or damaged product or for the correct product; the user is entitled to compensation if the product he ordered is not available in the store, to be compensated with the value of the product in the event that the value has been previously paid the product electronically before receiving. 

- in the event of a delay in the delivery, the user is entitled to be compensated with the value of the delivery based on a complaint user submits; A request is considered late when it is exceeded (60) minutes from the scheduled delivery time

Evaluation
